Joungwoo N-Tech builds mutual trust through communication with various stakeholders, including employees, partners, customers, and local communities.
We gather feedback through events, surveys, internal bulletin boards, and mailing lists, and transparently share the results through platforms like the ESG dashboard.

Communication Channels

We gather feedback through regular briefings, surveys, customer responses, and internal communication channels (such as bulletin boards and mailing lists), incorporating the insights into our improvement activities.

How to Report

Anyone can report actions that violate the company’s responsibilities, including human rights violations, workplace harassment, occupational safety breaches, environmental pollution, ethics/corruption, and unfair trade practices.
The reporting procedure follows these steps: ① Submission → ② Investigation → ③ Action → ④ Response. All processes are handled confidentially and fairly.

Whistleblower Protection

Joungwoo N-Tech strictly protects the identity of whistleblowers and allows anonymous reporting. We have an internal protection system in place to prevent retaliation, and severe actions will be taken in case of any violations.

Sharing of Results

Communication and whistleblowing outcomes are transparently shared through monthly reports and the ESG dashboard. Outstanding reports or feedback are linked to internal rewards and system improvements.

    - Joungwoo N-TECH Co., Ltd.は、個人情報の保護に関する法律第30条に基づき、情報主体(お客様)の個人情報を保護し、それに関連した苦情を迅速かつ円滑に処理できるようにするため、次のとおり個人情報処理指針を樹立・公開します。

    - Joungwoo N-TECH Co., Ltd.は、次の目的のために個人情報を処理しており、次の目的以外の用途では利用いたしません。

    ① Joungwoo N-TECH Co., Ltd.は、ユーザーに個別にパーソナライズサービスを提供するため、利用情報を保存して随時読み込む「クッキー(cookie)」を使用します。
    ② クッキーは、Webサイトを運営する際に利用されるサーバ(http)が、ユーザーのコンピュータブラウザに送信する少量の情報であり、ユーザーのパソコン内のハードディスクに保存されることもあります。
    a. クッキーの使用目的：ユーザーが訪問した各サービスとWebサイトに対する訪問及び利用形態、人気検索語、セキュリティアクセスの有無などを把握し、ユーザーに最適化された情報を提供するために使用します。
    b. クッキーのインストール・運営及び拒否：Webブラウザ上段のツール > インターネットオプション > 個人情報メニューのオプション設定から、クッキーの保存を拒否することができます。
    c. クッキーの保存を拒否した場合、パーソナライズサービスの利用に困難が生じることがあります。

    -（株）JEONGWOO N-TECH为根据《个人信息保护法》第30条保护信息主体（客户）的个人信息，并迅速妥善地处理相关问题，特制订·公开如下个人信息处理方针。
    1. 个人信息的处理目的
    -（株）JEONGWOO N-TECH不得将个人信息用于除以下目的处理个人信息以外的其他目的。
    2. 个人信息的处理及保存期限
    -（株）JEONGWOO N-TECH仅在收集信息主体的个人信息时得到许可的个人信息保存·使用期限内，或法律法规规定的个人信息保存·使用期限内保存·使用个人信息。一般情况下，在达成收集·使用个人信息的目的后将立即销毁相关信息，即使未达成收集·使用个人信息的目的，也将在14天内销毁相关信息。

    8. 个人信息自动收集装置的设置·运行及拒绝的相关事项
    ① 为向用户提供个性化服务，（株）JEONGWOO N-TECH使用存储并随时调用个人信息的“cookie”。
    ② cookie是用于网站运行的服务器（http），向用户计算机浏览器发送的少量信息，存储于用户个人计算机的硬盘中。
    A. cookie的使用目的：了解用户对各服务及网站的访问及使用形式、热门搜索关键词、是否安全登录等，以向用户提供最优的信息。
    B. cookie的设置·运行及拒绝：可通过浏览器上方的工具>网络选项>个人信息菜单的选项设置拒绝cookie储存。
    C. 拒绝cookie储存时，可能无法使用个性化服务。

    Joungwoo N-TECH Privacy Policy
    - Joungwoo N-TECH Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes and discloses the following privacy guidelines to protect the personal information of data subjects (customers) and handle related grievances promptly and smoothly in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
    1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
    - The Company processes personal information for the following purposes, and does not use it for purposes other than the following purposes:
