Human Rights Policy
Joungwoo N-Tech Co., Ltd. is committed to respecting and protecting the fundamental human rights of all stakeholders involved in its business operations, including employees, customers, and partner companies. To this end, we have established and implemented a human rights management policy based on internationally recognized guidelines such as the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions.
We actively monitor the implementation of our human rights principles and maintain reporting systems to assess and ensure compliance on an ongoing basis.
In addition, Joungwoo N-Tech identifies stakeholders who may be exposed to human rights risks. Through human rights due diligence, surveys, and monitoring activities, we determine key human rights issues specific to each stakeholder group and take appropriate actions to manage and address them.
Ethical Management
Joungwoo N-Tech Co., Ltd. is committed to ethical management as a standard for the actions and value judgments of all executives and employees.
We aim to create customer value, engage in fair trade with partners, contribute to national and regional development, and fulfill our responsibilities to shareholders and employees.
Through ethical and transparent management, we seek to enhance national competitiveness and grow into a world-class company that contributes to human happiness.
To achieve this, we have established the following code of ethics:
- 01. All business activities shall be conducted in compliance with ethical values, as well as the laws and customs of the company, our customers, shareholders, local communities, the nation, and the international community.
- 02. We foster a corporate culture in which employees respect one another, encouraging voluntary and motivated work environments.
- 03. We build a strong corporate culture based on principles and fundamentals by adhering to all internal regulations and policies.
- 04. We establish a transparent and fair business order in all work-related matters and strive to eliminate corruption and unfair practices.
- 05. We protect customers’ property and information in accordance with applicable laws and internal regulations, and actively reflect customer feedback in our business operations.
- 06. We provide fair trade opportunities to our partners, prohibit any unfair practices based on superior position, and pursue mutual benefit and shared growth.
- 07. We comply with all local laws and respect the traditions and cultures of the communities in which we operate.
- 08. We promote frugality and eliminate waste and inefficiencies in pursuit of economic effectiveness.
- 09. This declaration is made available to all stakeholders to ensure its effective implementation.


RBA Code of Conduct
Joungwoo N-Tech Co., Ltd. is committed to upholding the principles of human rights, labor, environment, ethics, and health & safety based on the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct.
All employees and partners are educated and regularly monitored to ensure they understand and adhere to this code in their actions and decision-making processes.
We also conduct an annual RBA Self-Assessment and respond to external audits to verify our compliance. The full text of the RBA Code of Conduct is available on the Resources page.
Ethical Management
Joungwoo N-Tech Co., Ltd. practices ethical management in all business activities, grounded in honesty and transparency.
We have established a Code of Conduct for all employees and provide ethics training at least once a year. To prevent corruption, we clearly stipulate prohibitions against the exchange of money or unfair practices in contracts with our partners.
In addition, we operate an internal review system to ensure fairness in all decision-making processes.


Protection of Human and Labor Rights
We are committed to protecting workers’ fundamental rights in accordance with the core conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO).
From the hiring process onward, we strictly prohibit forced labor, child labor, and all forms of discrimination, and ensure fair terms of employment upon contract signing.
We have established special protections for foreign and youth workers, and conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with local labor laws regarding working hours, rest periods, and wages.
In addition, we provide training for our partners to ensure that their employees are also protected under our human rights policy.
Environmental Management
Joungwoo N-Tech Co., Ltd. has implemented an environmental management system based on ISO 14001 to proactively protect the environment.
We annually measure and disclose our greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with Scope 1 (direct emissions) and Scope 2 (indirect emissions such as electricity).
Regular improvements are carried out on dust collection and exhaust systems at major sites, while we continue to adopt low-carbon power equipment and enhance energy efficiency within our production processes.
We are also actively working to increase waste recycling rates and transition to eco-friendly alternatives to reduce the use of hazardous chemicals.
